Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 2 October 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and any subscription you buy through it.

This website is operated by NEXT LEVEL VENTURES LTD, trading as McGideon.

We are a private limited company registered in England and Wales. Our company number is 12346251 and our registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, London, Greater London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ.

In these terms, 'we', 'us' and 'our' refer to NEXT LEVEL VENTURES LTD. 'You' refers to the person using this website.

1. About this website

This website provides information about our business, services, content, insights and ways to contact or book a call with us.

McGideon works with construction and building services contractors who want to find more opportunities, win more contracts and reduce the administrative burden of business development, using market intelligence and structured business development.

The information on this website is provided for general business information only. It is not legal, financial, tax, investment or accountancy advice.

2. Use of this website

You agree to use this website lawfully and responsibly. You must not:

We may suspend or restrict access to the website if we believe it is being misused.

3. No professional advice

The content on this website is provided for general information and positioning only. Nothing on this website should be treated as:

You should take appropriate professional advice before making decisions based on your own circumstances.

4. No guarantee of outcome

We may discuss business development, market intelligence, tendering, bid writing, marketing, technology and related topics.

Any examples, case studies, projected outcomes or illustrative figures are for explanation only. They are not guarantees.

Business outcomes depend on many factors, including market conditions, execution, pricing, competition, buyer decisions, timing and external risks.

5. Online subscriptions: Who Won What and RADAR Intelligence

This section applies when you buy a Who Won What or RADAR Intelligence subscription through this website. These are business products, sold to businesses and the people acting for them. By subscribing you confirm that you are buying for business purposes and not as a consumer.

5.1 What you are buying

A subscription gives one business access to the edition described on the product page for the coverage you choose at checkout: a monthly Who Won What extract for one region, three regions or the United Kingdom, or a Weekly Intelligence Report under RADAR Intelligence for one region, three adjoining regions or the United Kingdom. What each plan includes, and what it does not, is set out on the product page at the time you subscribe.

5.2 Ordering and payment

Payment is taken by our payment processor, Stripe, at checkout. Your contract with us starts when Stripe confirms your payment. Subscriptions are monthly and rolling: you are billed in advance on the same date each month until you cancel. Prices are shown in pounds sterling on the product page and at checkout. We may change prices on 30 days notice by email; a change takes effect from your next billing date after the notice period, and you can cancel before then if you do not accept it.

5.3 Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, with no minimum term, through the "Manage your subscription" link in the footer of this website. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for; you keep access until then and are not charged again. We do not refund part of a billing period, except as described in 5.4.

5.4 First month guarantee

If your first month of Who Won What does not show you a contractor worth approaching, or your first month of RADAR Intelligence does not show you work you would otherwise have missed, tell us at hello@mcgideon.com within 14 days of the end of that first month and we will refund the first month's fee. One claim per business. The guarantee covers the first month of your first subscription with us and does not apply to later months, to upgrades or to re-subscriptions.

5.5 Delivery

Editions are sent by email to the address you give at checkout, on the cadence stated on the product page. We work to a regular schedule, but an edition may occasionally be late, and an individual source may be unavailable in a given week. If an edition does not arrive, tell us and we will resend it. We may change the format, layout, sources and presentation of an edition over time, provided the substance of what the product page promises is maintained.

5.6 Permitted use and licence

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the content we send you for the internal business development purposes of the business named at checkout. Your employees and contractors working on that business's behalf may use it. You must not:

Named contact details are provided so that you can make a specific, relevant business approach to that person about the work described. You are responsible for your own compliance with data protection and electronic marketing law when you contact anybody using information we provide. The content and the register from which it is drawn remain our property and our confidential information.

5.7 Accuracy and reliance

Our content is compiled from public sources, including national and regional tender portals, contract award notices, published committee papers and decision notices, responses to Freedom of Information requests, company websites and professional profiles. We take care in collecting, checking and presenting it, and every entry carries its date and source so that you can check it yourself. However, those sources can be incomplete, late, inconsistent or wrong, and contract values, dates, incumbents and contact details can change after publication. We therefore do not guarantee that the content is complete, accurate or current.

You must verify anything you intend to rely on against the original notice, portal or buyer before you commit time or money to it. The content is market intelligence, not advice, and the decision whether to bid, approach, price, team or invest is yours alone. We do not guarantee that you will win any contract, package or work, and we are not responsible for the outcome of any bid, approach or decision you make.

5.8 Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your subscription without refund if you breach section 5.6, if your payment fails and is not remedied within 7 days, or if we reasonably believe the content is being used in a way that damages our business or is unlawful. We may also withdraw a product on 30 days notice, in which case we will refund any period you have paid for beyond the withdrawal date.

6. RADAR Plus and other services are subject to separate agreement

Submitting an enquiry, booking a call or communicating with us through this website does not create a client relationship.

RADAR Plus, consultancy, automation delivery, bid support, implementation work and any other engagement that is not bought through this website's checkout will be governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work, engagement letter or service agreement.

If there is any conflict between these website terms and the terms of a signed client agreement, the signed client agreement will take priority for that engagement.

7. Website content and intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website belongs to us or is licensed to us.

This includes text, graphics, branding, page layouts, frameworks, concepts, downloads, videos, images, designs and other materials.

You may view and use the website for your own internal business consideration. You must not copy, reproduce, adapt, distribute, sell or commercially exploit our content without our written permission.

8. Third-party links and tools

We are not responsible for the content, security, availability, accuracy or privacy practices of third-party websites or services.

You should read the relevant terms and privacy policies of any third-party services you use.

9. Information you submit to us

When you submit information through this website, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to provide it.

You should not send us confidential, commercially sensitive or legally privileged information through the website unless we have agreed appropriate arrangements with you.

We will handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

10. Availability of the website

We aim to keep the website available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

We may update, suspend, withdraw or change any part of the website without notice.

11. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

The website is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis.

For a paid subscription under section 5, our total liability to you arising from or in connection with that subscription, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, is limited to the total subscription fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Viruses and security

We do not guarantee that the website will be free from viruses or harmful code.

You are responsible for using your own virus protection software and ensuring that your systems are secure.

You must not knowingly introduce viruses, malware, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other harmful material to the website.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

The latest version will be published on this website with the updated date shown at the top of the page.

By continuing to use the website after changes are published, you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the website.
